School Fees for 2009 - 2010

Payment Policy
Fees are charged termly, and are payable before the start of each term.  

Registration Fee (non refundable) 
This is a once only charge of €580 per pupil to cover admissions procedure costs, which will be added to the first invoice.

School Fee Deposit (Refundable)
A deposit of €3,000 per pupil is payable on entry into the school and will be added to the first invoice.
This deposit is refundable when the pupil leaves school, if the required notice has been given in writing and the account is clear.

Additional Costs

English as an Additional Language
There are additional costs relating to English as an Additional Language tuition. 

Learning Support Assistants
There are additional costs relating to the provision of a Learning Support Assistant for individual children with Special Educational needs. Please contact the school for more details.

School Bus Service
The School Bus is an optional service available for students living in The Hague and surrounding areas (Not available for Foundation 1 children).  Click here for more information.

School Uniform
Initial cost of ± €200 for full school uniform.  Click here for more information.

Annual Field Trips Y7-Y12
These are an integral part of the educational programme. Costs vary depending on destination, mode of transport, length of stay, etc. A detailed letter, explaining the costs, is sent to all parents asking for permission for son/daughter to attend. 

Examination Fees
The charges are statutory, set by the Examination Bodies and passed on to parents through the school.  Further information may be obtained from the Senior School Office.

Cultural Visits, International Sports Tournaments & Extra Curricular Clubs
These are optional, with variable costs depending on destination, mode of transport, length of stay, etc. A detailed letter, explaining the costs, is sent to all parents asking for permission for son/daughter to attend.
