The Senior School covers Years 7 to 13 of a child's academic life – students join the Senior School at age 11, completing their education at 16 or 18. The academic programme at the Senior School is based on Key Stages 3 & 4 of the British National Curriculum, culminating in the internationally recognised qualifications of GCSEs and A Levels or the IB Diploma.
Both staff and students at the Senior School have considerable experience in helping those who transfer into the school to feel part of the community. We have wide ranging knowledge of the issues associated with moving schools and countries and are able to help newcomers quickly feel secure and settled.
All students are allocated a Tutor Group with a form tutor whom they see on a daily basis. This regular contact enables close relationships to be established individually, collectively and between home and school. The Senior School also operates a close partnership with parents in order to help maintain its high standards. |
