BSN Key Stages

The British System is organised into year groups; these year groups are then arranged into 'key stages' which go together to make up the structure of the curriculum. We work on 1 September as the key entry date for each school year. It is the age of a child on this date that determines the year group they are allocated to.

Foundation Stage / Ages 3-5

The first chapter of your child’s education begins at Foundation Stage, with children aged 3 to 5 years old.
