How To Apply

School Uniform

We believe that a uniform encourages a sense of unity and common purpose – a particularly important consideration as we endeavour to welcome children from a wide variety of countries and provide them with a true sense of belonging. Uniform is worn by all students starting in the Foundation 2 (Reception) class until the end of Year 11. The uniform changes as the students progress through the school, to reflect the seniority of the older students. Students continuing their education into Years 12 & 13 are not required to wear uniform. Please click HERE for details of the BSN uniform.

Uniform Shop
The main School Uniform Shop, located at the Junior School Leidschenveen, stocks all items of uniform. There is a smaller shop located at the Senior School, which stocks Senior School items only. Payment can be made by cash, PIN or credit card.

The Uniform Shop is generally open during Term Time only, but a few extra opening times are planned for new families just before the start of term (see dates & times below). These sessions are by appointment only and are best used if you wish to fit and buy a large stock of uniform from the start. New arrivals are strongly advised to attend the shop with their child to allow fitting.   Please email uniform@britishschool.nl to make an appointment.
