Operations Administrator 

An Opportunity has arisen for a Part-time service-orientated, enthusiastic and experienced operations administrator to join our successful team.  

The centralised BSN Business Units support the day to day operations and overall aim and mission of our schools in the areas of Finance, Marketing, ICT, Facilities / Operations and HR.

This is a new position where the successful candidate will form part of the BSN Business Units and be responsible for providing a rental service, whereby the School’s facilities can be made available after school hours whilst ensuring that any use of the buildings will not interfere with the regular programmes and activities of the School.

In addition, the Operations Administrator supports the Transport Administrator (who will lead on school transport arrangements) in co-ordinating effective and efficient transport services for all BSN schools and ensuring the safety and security of the pupils/students during their travel to and from specified destinations.

The Operations Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and liaises directly with each individual school on rental and transportation issues.

We are looking for the successful candidate to work 24 hours per week (68%), plus 20 days p.a. holidays (6 hours x 4 days a week)
