Very many congratulations to the BSN Girls Hockey Team who won the ISST Division 1 Field Hockey Championships for the seventh year in a row.

The tournament this year was hosted by our neighbours, The International School in The Hague who ran a great event. The BSN team is always very focussed on retaining their ISST title and they played with an unbelievable intensity throughout the whole tournament, and won all their games very convincingly.

As coach, Paul Turner explains: "Their close teamwork, trust for each other and support both on and off the pitch was the key factor which separated them from the rest of the European teams. The BSN ISST players, their parents and the school should all be very proud of the team's performance as well as the way they conducted themselves through the tournament. Well done, it's been an absolute pleasure to be with you on the journey!"

Head of Senior School PE, Nicola Stronach also added: "Whilst we are very proud of the girls, we want to thank Paul for his selfless commitment and success as Head Coach. We are very lucky to have a number of parent-coaches working with our students and are very thankful to them all."
