Project Africa Achievements

Non-Uniform Day on Wednesday at Senior School Voorschoten was a great chance for Project Africa to showcase what it achieves in Kenya every year through a range of interactive displays.

We had free porridge, building with real bricks, a Swahili stand to learn the language, a chance to buy an avocado tree for planting in Kenya and a display of all the building processes that we go through to build a classroom in Kenya. The 830,400th breakfast, paid for through the whole BSN’s support of Project Africa, was served at Ndege Primary School in Kenya on Wednesday. We are very proud of this achievement as it makes such a significant difference to the lives of those whose need is greater than ours.
