The BSN is excited to announce that on 9 November, 2017, we will host our first ever TEDxYouth event! The goal of hosting TEDxYouth@BSN is to spread ideas and spark conversation by providing a platform where they can be shared. This event is first and foremost for our student body and community and we are looking forward to bringing this event to life!
The theme for TEDxYouth@BSN 2017 is Big Bold World.
We live in complex times – globalisation is changing our perspective of identity, safety, relationships, and life in general. How do we harness/embrace this shifting environment, and what role do we play in its evolution? How do we find solutions to the challenges we face or do we simply embrace the benefits of an ever-connected world that is simultaneously bringing us together and pushing us apart. Some of us might (re)connect the dots to find their own path, while others freely navigate the world – the question is, how can we build towards a shared solution.
We are currently selecting/curating speakers and entertainment for the event, so if you or anyone you know has a talent, a skill or an idea that they want to share on our TEDxYouth@BSN stage, please send an email to [email protected] with a brief outline of what they have to offer our Big Bold World.
