A group of Year 12 IB students have started a new service for CAS (creativity, activity, service) on a Thursday during lunch.
They have been asked to read in English to 4, 5 and 6 year-olds at the local Dutch Regenboog School. Armed with books such as Miffy, The Gruffalo and 64 Zoo Lane, the 16-year-olds took small groups of children to a cozy place to read out loud.
At first the little children were shy, but by the end of the activity they felt brave enough to give the Sixth Formers a Hi Five.
