Last term, learners at Junior School Vlaskamp (JSV) had fun developing their culinary skills in Food Technology lessons with JSV Food Technology Teacher Barbara Burley.
From sweet treats to savoury favourites, learners explored a variety of simple, nutritious and delicious recipes while building confidence in the kitchen and learning valuable cooking skills along the way. The hands-on lessons encouraged creativity, teamwork and independence as learners prepared dishes from scratch and experimented with different ingredients and flavours.
