GCSE students around the world put summer on hold today, and picked up their GCSE results. Here at the BSN we saw a remarkable 93.5% of students achieve grades A*-C (against UK 66.9%) and nearly half of those were A*-A.
James Oxlade, Senior School Headteacher congratulated these successful students and added:
“This year’s cohort have worked extremely hard over the two years of the GCSE course and I am pleased that they have a great set of results to show for it. They can now all move forward with confidence to the next stage of their education knowing they have a strong foundation to their A Level or IB programmes. Well done to everyone”
Now all that remains for these students is to enjoy the last two weeks of the holiday and prepare for Sixth Form and the start of their IB and A Level programmes in September.
