On Friday 10th May, all three junior schools participated in the Year 6 Inter-House Tag Rugby Tournament.
Junior School Diamanthorst, Vlaskamp and Leidschenveen had been working in PE lessons over the past few weeks to develop the fitness, skills and tactics ready for the day. Schools and houses mixed together to form 6 teams per house and play in mini-leagues with all wins and points added together to a final tally.
Across all 6 pitches we saw great effort, courage and teamwork. Children used their developing skills to help their houses do as well as possible. After many amazing tries and try-saving tackles, we announced the house results:
4th - Leiden
3rd - Gouda
2nd - Delft
1st - Amsterdam
