A New Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) Appointed at the BSN

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Olivier Macpherson as our new Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO), joining us from January 2026. Olivier brings more than 25 years of senior finance and operational leadership experience in top-tier international service organisations, including PwC, ABN AMRO Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Michael Page and Choice Hotels USA.

Olivier describes finance as far more than numbers. For him, it is about translating strategy into clear financial objectives and providing the insight needed to make informed decisions. This, of course, is a vital element of ensuring the provision and strength of our school as we look ahead.
